Problem on video upload

I get on some videos (avi, wmv) after upload a popup with an error . see Appendix

Please post a link to your gallery and a test user account with upload privileges (no admin account!). Do upload of other file types or smaller video files work as expected?

if the video 100-200 pieces (each video is about 100Mb)upload, will it affect performance of my site
or you recommend to download the video on the video hosting?
