Emails to new user and to admin are both truncating.

A new user with the username "someone" has registered in your gallery.
In order to activate the account, you need to click on the link below or copy and paste it in your web browser.

In this example, the directory name is actually picserver, but the php is cutting the first 2 letters off.
Am I the only one running into this?

Please check the config value for URL of your coppermine gallery folder. Is it correct?

Sure wasn't.  General settings was showing it wrong.  Which must've happened during the install script. (I didn't put it in.)
