I want to allow my users to upload an image for their new topic. I interested to set every user must enter appropriate fields within the new topic composing page. These fields must be selectable list in new topic composing page. I want to show all latest new topics on main page. On main page bottom of every image I want to show title of the new topic and time of the new topic.

I uploaded rough diagrams of my website.

If I can do the above design with coppermine then plz help me which themes and modifications i need?

Not sure about the topic part. However, you can setup Coppermine that every user can upload pictures with (required or optional) meta data. Out of the box there are no selectable lists, but if I remember correctly there's already a mod in our board, which adds that feature. If not, we can develop it together.

I suggest to install Coppermine and set it up as you like, as described in the docs. If something doesn't work as you like, which is not described in the docs, please search our boards for already existing threads/solutions. If it doesn't exist, start a new thread in the appropriate board.
