upload error about reduced size image

Hi There
i'm trying to upload image and i got this message while trying to upload:::

Critical error
Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.
::::::

i uploaded more than 700 images till now
my Coppermine version: 1.5.9

please give me the solution !

First things first, please upgrade to the latest version of Coppermine. We are currently on version 1.5.22

The error you are seeing is usually permissions related. Once you have upgraded please post a link to your site with debug enabled and we will be happy to take a look. Or search te forums where you will see the numerous threads discussing this exact problem.

i don't want to upgrade now because i dont want to have any more problems

i didn't find the solution for this problem

Upgrading really is essential and it may or may not fix your problems. Please do as per above.
