is there a document i can edit so that i can add things to the wrapper? (the place that says powered by coppermine) i'd like to add something there... is it possible?

no, and we won't answer questions on things related to the "Powered by Coppermine" tag, as we believe we mustn't give clues how to remove this. I understand it was not your intention to remove it, but others may have this intention and use information to remove the tag. edit themes/yourtheme/template.html and add anything you want right after {GALLERY}
