Cannot edit gallery description
« on: March 14, 2013, 12:55:20 pm »

Hi!

I want to edit the gallery description. In the Config menu I edit the gallery description field, I save the new configuration, but no changes, the old description still shows up.

I use the curve theme without any customization. Coppermine version is 1.5.20. Php 5.2.6.

Everything else is stable and fine.

The site has been alive on Coppermine for I think 10 years and been through many upgrades. This error has been present since we upgraded to this version in may last year.

I will appreciate all help.

Thanks

Terje at Fotosamlinga.no in Narvik, Norway

Do you get a message like
Quote
Your setting for «Gallery description» has been saved.
after submitting the config form?

Please upgrade to the latest stable release (currently cpg1.5.22) and check if it works with that version.

Yes, I get the confirmation message, and - the text is now changed. Feel kind of stupid, but most important, the text is now correct. Thanks anyway, Andre!

It was maybe just a browser cache issue.
