Problem with my gallery, help me for the love of god x \
« on: November 28, 2012, 05:25:02 am »

Hello, I am Brazilian and I really need some help coming from you.

I have a Coppermine gallery, and I'm having problems several days ago.

Gave the same problem that I've done everything and I could not solve, honestly I'm desperate, I do not know what else to do.

My gallery has thirty thousand images and has been online for four years without giving any trouble, only a week ago more or less gave error and I can not fix.

I searched on google until I found this support forum, you are my only salvation.

Could someone help me to solve this error?

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'bridge/coppermine.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/byavrillav/public_html/gallery/include/init.inc.php on line 257

My gallery is this: http://www.byavrillavigne.com/gallery

It is part of a fan site dedicated to Avril Lavigne in Brazil, including recognized by herself!

Thank you and come back soon to read more answers

You have posted in the paid help forum, was this your intent? If so please provide a budget, if not please respond and someone will move it.

You gallery is extremely old (Coppermine Photo Gallery v1.4.26) and needs to be upgraded.

Check if the file bridge/coppermine.inc.php exists on your server.

Yes, I can pay for help without problem, but how do I make payment? My currency is "Real", which as you and I convert?

Should not have to pay abroad, can move my topic area for free.

as part of the file coppermine.inc.php, which folder'm going to check if it exists? And if there is how do to fix?

Upload it from the latest cpg1.4.x package of Coppermine (note that cpg1.4.x is unsupported).

Resolve your threads
If you have found an answer to your question, resolve your thread. Don't just post "I have found the answer", but tell others what you actually did to solve your issues. Posting a link to the page where you found the answer might help. Describing what you did might help as well. Finally, you can tag your answer as "solved" by clicking on the "Topic Solved" button on the bar at the left hand side at the bottom of your thread.
