Minor mistake in the french language file

I suggest to upgrade to the latest stable release (currently cpg1.5.24), as it already contains that fix. I don't know if notepad observes the encoding and/or EOL type.

Notepad does, wordpad does not. I however use the free notepad++ - http://notepad-plus-plus.org/
