« on: September 10, 2012, 04:53:50 pm »

Hello!

Its possible to include in de url the password and usser access?

I need to allow user access using simply a link from our webpage, and also we need that coppermine's configuration ask for usser and password access everytime.

You can try this:
http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/albums.htm#album_prop_controls_album_password

but the specific setup you're asking for isn't possible AFAIK.

First of all: we cannot recommend such a setup. It's not possible on Coppermine level, but should be possible on web server level. Add a directory protection via .htaccess. The URL will then looks like http://user:pass@host.tld/.
