I am new here. Excuse my bad English

I want to have 2 categories. In each category I want to have 2 albums.

For example:

Cat1: Year 2012
      Album1: Home
      Album2: Business

Cat2: Year 2011
      Album1: Home
      Album2: Business

All registered user will see all the categories and albums. Into these categories can upload images. In these albums will see only your images.
I don't use "My gallery".

That's not possible out of the box, but possibly possible with some code modifications. What's the reason for such a setup? Maybe we find a better solution.

I need only Private Gallery. Each user will see only their documents.
After registration will be have ready categories and albums, to which it can write. In categories can create your other private albums.

I still don't get the idea of your setup (everybody uploads to the same album, but only see their own pictures). Why don't you just want to use the private gallery feature? Coppermine is designed to set permissions per album, not per file.
