Pop up help not working
« on: July 26, 2012, 12:55:27 am »

I upgraded from 1.4.x to 1.5.20.

Clicking any of the help popups brings up an IE cannot read this webpage format error message.

The help.php file is in the root directory for coppermine.

You are receiving a 406 Not Acceptable error which is usually caused by the mod_security configuration on your server. You will have to ask your host about this.

Is the something I specifically need to ask about mod_security or do I just tell them the problem I'm having and that the Coppermine forum said it's related to the mod_security configuartion?

Tell them you got the error:
Quote
406
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wholesale/help.php could not be found on this server.

and ask them about their mod_security configuration.
They should be able to figure it out based on the error and their log.
