« on: July 10, 2012, 02:49:40 am »

Can anyone tell me how to move a single album out of a Member's Gallery and place it into the main Gallery?

Thanks

Resolve your threads
If you have found an answer to your question, resolve your thread. Don't just post "I have found the answer", but tell others what you actually did to solve your issues. Posting a link to the page where you found the answer might help. Describing what you did might help as well. Finally, you can tag your answer as "solved" by clicking on the "Topic Solved" button on the bar at the left hand side at the bottom of your thread.

Point taken - I knew I should have done that and my apologies......

In fact, I really did not find the solution, rather the right way to ask the question which should have been "How do the users create a separate folder in which to post their photos?"

So I wrote this for the users:

To upload Files you must first create an Album

A.   Select My Profile from Ribbon Bar
B.   Select Create / order my albums
C.   Select Category from drop down menu
D.   If you are going to add  to an existing album, click the funny icon next to it

      Click the browse box
      It opens Explorer
Select the folder that contains your pictures
Select picture by holding down the Ctrl and click selected images
In you wish to select all click a picture ONCE and then Ctrl +A
The pictures will start to upload

E.   If you are going to create a new album, click +New Album

Type the name of the Album in the box and click ok
Under Select Category find your album and click the funny icon next to it
      Click the browse box
      It opens Explorer
Select the folder that contains your pictures
Select picture by holding down the Ctrl and click selected images
In you wish to select all click a picture ONCE and then Ctrl +A
The pictures will start to upload
