I want to ask how to make a good watermark, for example the similar to this http://naughty-bee.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=9040#top_display_media

It looks very proportional when it is on small picture and on a bigger version.
Do you think it is two different watermarks? Is that possible?
Does anyone know what size it should be to be proportional? I tried do my watermark but it doesn't look good. I have problems with upright and strata photos.
