Upgraded from 1.5.18 to .20 ... index page doesn't show up

Hello,

I just updated coppermine to the latest version from 1.5.18 to 1.5.20 however for the first time an update mess things for my installed ver. of coppermine :(
Index.php page doesn't show up anymore, just a blank page .. tried to re-upload files and make an update again, same problem.

I have been using coppermine for years and this is the first time such a thing happened.
Your help and advise regarding this issue is very much appreciated.

I uploaded an older version of the index.php file from (1.5.18 ), the homepage is working again, i really don't know what's wrong with the index.php file on the new version (1.5.20)
If you encounter a similar problem, this solution works however it would be great if someone can tell why is this happening with the new version.

There have been 2 updates on index.php from cpg1.5.18 to cpg1.5.20:

Apply them one by one to your cpg1.5.18 index.php file manually to find out which edit breaks the gallery for you.
