I am developing a site that i have added fetchcontent to but the users of that page doesnt want fetchcontent that shows photos from coppermine to be clickable, is that possible to do somehow, if it is, how do i do it?

Not sure if I understood it correctly. You're embedding pictures to an external page and want (I guess it's the "CPMFetch" plugin which generates the output) to remove the clickable links? I don't know the config options of that plugin, but in the worst case you could still use the PHP functions ob_start and preg_replace.
