How to erase for thumbnails description, visit counter?

I turn off "Mostra il numero delle visualizzazioni sotto la miniatura"

but not erase the counter

Sorry but I don't understand what you're trying to accomplish. Additionally you should upgrade to the latest stable release (currently cpg1.5.18).

near the thumbnails of gallery i have this

in english, the second line is 'album was visited 75 times'

are not very practical, and 'was a friend to coppermine install me, I just want to remove this counter is incremented with the visits should also delete the text .. and 'possible with my version? I have to edit the php code or is there a way more 'simple?

It doesn't matter who installed the gallery for you. You have to keep it up-to-date, as some updates contain security fixes. It's easier to update your gallery than to restore a hacked gallery. Link to the upgrade docs: http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/upgrading.htm#upgrade_any
