I get this message a lot on my new servers

I used to get hosted by somebody else where I never had this problem THIS OFTEN. I would like to know what this really means and how to avoid it.

My pages are: www.nicolerichiefan.org/photos and www.kristindaily.org/photos - BOTH down because of this critical error.
