Mass sorting pictures up/dwon inside album
« on: November 16, 2011, 08:32:11 pm »

I have problem when I have 200 photos in album and for some time I have to add 100 more and then put them somewhere between those earlier ones, it can't be fixed by sorting option in config... Is it possible to somehow, in option "sort my pictures", select for example 10 photos and move them up or down, or wherever, at once, it's frustrating when you have 300 photos and you have to move them one by one...???
Thank you for your help "]

I don't see an easy solution to add that functionality to the sort form (mainly because I'm no JavaScript expert). Alternatively you might want to change your default sort order in the config to e.g. "by file name", that's how I sort my pictures on my hard disk and in my Coppermine gallery. Of course you need appropriate file names if you want to use that sort order.

Thank you Andre for your reply. Sorting them by option in config won't work in my case... Thanks anyway :)
