I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find the answer though I looked.

Okay, so I have icon sized pictures (well, icons really) of 100x100 in size I want to put on my gallery. I thought I changed all the variables needed to make them 100x100 but when I try to batch upload (or upload via the 1 at a time page too) it says it's unable to make a thumbnail.

How can I fix this? I guess the thumbnails just need to be 100x100 (or smaller, if that's possible) and I thought I changed all the thumbnail height/width variables (just checked, I did) but I'm not sure how to fix it.
