Gallery Thumbnail?

in CPG 1.2.1, the last image uploaded seemed to be automatically set as the Gallery Thumbnail for each user. i updated to 1.3.0, and now, that doesn't hold true and i can't find anywhere to set the Gallery Thumbnail.

what am i missing???

thank you for the reply ... and FWIW, i searched using "gallery thumbnail" rather than "user album thumbs"
