adding link to main nav

could you please tell me how to add links to the main nav at the top? i want to add link to my forum there

how can I change header's logo link? I wont it to go to another location

Thank you very much! I was able to add new link to the top nav!
I have another question  :) How can I now add icon in-front of my new 'Forum' link?
