How to re-create intermetiate images ?

Hi,

How do I re-create the intermediate images ?  I currently have no intermediate images but did not want to have visitors go directly to the full size so I turned it on.

I don't have many images yet so if there is a way to make them manually even that its doable.

Anyhelp would be appreciated.
