Can't Change Theme

Hey, so i've been looking across the forum and i can't find a solution to my problem. So My gallery is at http://www.cornerofrihanna.com/gallery/ and when i try to change the theme it won't, i tried deleting the theme and the them would still be there just with broken links and style, and stuff  :o it's getting very frustrating and i hope i can find an answer here  ;D

If you are just changing the default theme in config, you'll have to refresh your browser window to make it display.  Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard.

If that's not what you've asked for, please explain more detailed what exactly doesn't work.
