Admin Menu Icons

I've just installed a new gallery @ http://adambeach.org/gallery running the latest stable version of Coppermine 1.5.14 I have created a custom theme and am in the process of uploading images, however, when I'm in the Admin section I'm having an issue with the icons in the admin menue. Attachment is included below.

The issue I'm having is that I'd like the text only for the controls such as 'config', 'batch add', 'admin tools'..... The icons are obscurring the text and shunting the text below the buttons. Is there a way to fix this or just get rid of the icons altogether?

You can disable menu icons in the config: http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/configuration.htm#admin_enable_menu_icons
