Disabling Gallery comments?

Hi, I'm starting my site over from scratch & after installing the gallery, I noticed that users have the option to leave a gallery under the photos they view in the gallery & I wanted to know how to disable/delete that feature. I checked under the configuration button but I didn't see an option on how to do so.

Go to your group manager and you'll see the settings.
