Date added on homepage
« on: August 08, 2011, 02:42:41 am »

Is there a way to remove the date added on the homepage? I just want the title of the image under each thumbnail without any of the other extra info.

Thanks.

Is it really that hard? I thought it would be relatively simple.

I found the following on line 1085 of functions.inc.php, but modifying it modifies the way the top rated album is shown. I want it to just modify it on the homepage.

Code: [Select]
$caption .= '<span class="thumb_caption">' . $rating_images . '<br />' . sprintf($lang_get_pic_data['n_votes'], $row['votes']) . '</span>';

It is not a hotline. Supporters do this for free in their spare time so please be patient in waiting for answers. Posting a link to your site also helps but at a bare minimum we need to know what theme you are using as they all display things differently.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound like an ungrateful punk. I'm using a modified version of the "curve" theme. You can see the site at http://weestyles.com/gallery

Thanks.

The Advanced Thumbnail Captions plugin will remove the date from most thumbnails.
