style css for water-drop

I have changed the colour scheme in themes, water-drop style.css to match my website but they just wont change? im a web designer so i know how to change the colours and fonts etc just encase your wondering if im doing it wrong.
Also whilst on the subject I have embeded the gallery into an iframe onto my website but i dont want it to show the top part i.e login and logo i just want it to be tidy and disply the gallery section only is there a way this can be done?

Clear your browser cache.

Have a look at the template.html file and remove the stuff you don't want to display.
