Help I don't know what to do!

I really don't know how to save this and every day it's not done my forum's community dies a bit more :(

Basically I made the SEO tweaks here: forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=68822.0

but even after putting them ALL back to the way they were, no permissions changes at all work. I cannot restrict guest access to intermediate images or to full size images, and it's vitally important I change it to one of those soon because it's fuelling the forum's community. I have tried for so long and nothing works :(
