Uploading video clips

Is it possible to upload video clips and/or embed video clips ? I have the latest version 1.5 http://robuild.co.uk/london_builders/index.php

What exactly don't you understand? It's possible to upload video clips and it's also possible to embed video clips from YouTube etc.
