I have been a long time user of the software. I have a new application and was looking for ideas if it is the ideal setup?

Photo class looking to have students upload their work. Most gallleries allow upload via a web, but it may be easier to use some sort of flash based uploader to select more than one file at a time rather than traditional file upload boxes?
