I've created all my categories and sub categories and when I click upload file I get this error.

You have to create an album before you try to upload files. Please post more information if you need further support (are you trying as 'regular' or admin user? Attach a screen-shot of your groups manager).

I have created categories and albums.  And I am logged in under my user account which is the admin account for my forum and the gallery.

From what I've read with similar issues it must have something to do with album properties.  When I go to the Album Manager, choose and album and click Album properties, it doesn't do anything or go anywhere.

Please check if the admin group id in the bridge file matches the admin group id in your board. Additionally verify that your admin user has the admin group as its primary group.

I am the admin use and I do have the admin group as my primary group.

Once that done I went to upload but it makes me create another album under "User Galleries" and will allow me to upload to that album but that album only.  I can change the properties of that album but none of the others I created.
