problem with photo uploads

FTP  a little over 200 photo to .../albumn/upload
do batch add files  it list everyone  with tumbnail
click insert selected file
get a big red x with error  message   line 447 on picmgmt.inc.php 
say something about file limits....


The files are already on the server.
