Unable To Access Config Section

I'm unable to access the config part, as I click it, the page opens but when I click 'EXPAND ALL' nothing happens ... What can I do.. ??

Try looking for .js errors - Firefox >> Tools >> Error Console works well enough for me. You have a lot going on with your theme, there could be conflicts.
or
Try using a different theme when logged in as admin.

can't locate .js errors.. i use firefox 4.

to change the theme i have to visit config, that is the portion not working...

i actually wanted to change the file size of image from 1mb to 2 mb, is there any other method to do it.. ??

i just can't expand gallery config at all... :(
