Changing image size limits
« on: April 05, 2011, 12:46:47 pm »

Hi there,
I've just moved my site to a new server and have gone from unlimited web space to 5Gb. I currently have the image size limit set to 1600px but because of the space limit I want to reduce the image limit to say 1200px. Just wondering how this will affect images already in the gallery that are over this size.

Many thanks in advance.

<!--Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.5.10 (stable)-->
Please upgrade your gallery to cpg1.5.12.

From the docs:

When changing this setting, only the files that are added from that point on are affected, so it's advisable that this setting is not changed if there are already files in the gallery. You can, however, apply the changes to the existing files with the "admin tools (resize pictures)" utility from the admin menu.
