fatal error... database error

i searched around but with no luck.. i just recently trying to upgrade my gallery to 1.5 but it certainly did not go well... damn upgrade... this is what happened:

i can't go anywhere but http://www.vanessa-hudgens.org/photos/update.php

apparently, the database i backed up was corrupted.. had no idea what went wrong... i feel so stupid. any idea how this can be fixed?

The gallery seems to work as expected for me.
