Hi!

I wanted to change the language of the board and remarked,
that "User Galleries" and the discription text "This category contains albums that belong to Coppermine users" is not translated.
...or I did not find it 

It would be great if this is integrated in a newer version.

No, this is not in the translations, because it is an admin settable name and description, the same as other categories.
Go into 'categories', and click on the edit icon next to the user gallery, and you can change the name and description to whatever you want.
