xp publishing wizard

Iīm having problems to upload images throw xp publishing wizard, but itīs in afternoon and in the night. I donīt know if itīs a problem of my Internet Service Provider or the Hosting Service. Can i see a log file to know whatīs the problem???

I had the same problem where it would sya the images were uploaded, but no images actually made it to the server. CHMOD the album & include directories to 755 or 777. This fixed mine.
