Canīt set rights for Albums.

Iīm from Germany, so sorry for my english ;)

So in my Screenshoot, you can see, that i canīt set, witch Usergroup can see the album.
Firsttime i could set it. But now its away :(

Go into config, and turn 'user can have private albums' to YES.
You should now be able to do this.
