How to change the target of the menuitems to another frame

Hello,

I've tried for hours to find a solution, but no success.

My site has multiple frames: http://www.hartvoornatuur.nl/index2.html

I would like the link 'login' in the topframe to open login.php in the mainFrame.

I hope someone can help me with this.
