Facebook / Social Networking integration

With reference to your thread here - http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,65292.0.html

For the benefit of those who don't understand what was written in German, can you let us know how the Facebook "Like" button was correctly put onto this page - http://www.vwteam.com/galerie/displayimage.php?pos=-16692 please?

Do you also recognise if that is the Tagblitz plugin being used on the "VWTeam" site? I've seen reference to it as a CPG 1.4 plugin. Is this showing that it might be safe to use on CPG 1.5.12?

Needless to say that I'd like to have something a bit better than just the ordianry Facebook "share" button on my site, e.g. - http://www.brummiesfans.com/photos/displayimage-144-3552-_away_kings_lynn_230909_35_jpg_.html#top_display_media

Thanks

Martin

The user in that thread just asked how he determines the current picture ID. That's all I told him, I don't know where he gets that code from nor if it works now. At least we didn't found a working solution in the thread (that's what the user told me).

Thanks Andre

I've been able to add an "AddThis" button to my site now, (see the other thread) It seems to do the same as the social media / bookmarking button that the other site had, so I'm happy enough with this. I've also asked about a "Like" button" in the plugins section. If a like plugin can be made to work then I'll have the same functionality as that German site.
