I have generally observed that most of script installers recommend to delete/rename the install files, but there are no instructions for CPG as such. (Apologies if I didn't read between the lines).

Is it safe to Delete/Rename Install.Php and/or any other file related to it, after the installation is complete?

It's not necessary to remove that file in Coppermine.
