Umlaute in ITPC

Ich mußte grad feststellen, dass es noch/wieder ein Problem mit Umlauten in ITPC-Tags gibt, was insbesondere bei Keywords unschön ist.

Beispiel: aus "Österreich" wird "sterreich"

Beobachtet hab ich das bisher nur in den Keywords, in der Bildbeschreibung überleben Umlaute.

Über die Suche bin ich über einen älteren Thread gestolpert. Möglicherweise gibts einen Zusammenhang:
