1) I tested with different size of photos,so this is no related with any size problem.
2) all permission set to 777
3) 1.4 version with 1.4 templates (dm_random)
4) it show photo successfully to upload,but in left hand side, the photo show in "X",and then
5) error show like this

6) no photos actually been uploaded to.
