thumbnails are always "nopic.jpg"

Hi!
I've got this problem! At the membergallery the first category always
displays the "nopic.jpg" pictute insted of the thumbnails for the albums
from the members ... look .. I can't explain it very good in Englisch:

Waht can I do do change it so that it will display the actual picture
from the albums of the members?

Yes, we are aware of this.  This is a problem that came in at the last minute before the release.
It is being looked at.

Thank you very much for your fast reply and perfecttly working solution. Much obliged!

Before I found your great working program I was THREE DAYS busy with another wellknown Photo Gallery only with the fact that it didn't make thumbnails although each and every condition was met. At least twenty users had the same problem and the only reply we got was: RTFM !
I really was flbbergasted, that when I deleted evrything of this Gallery from my machine and installed your wonderful proggie, I had my first thumbnails and pictures online in about ten minutes time.

I would love to scream it on the board of this other (Menalto) Gallery, but I am sure this message will not last long.
Anyhow, a lot of words to say that you are doing a great job, your help and support is superb and you all need a great compliment. CHAPEAU !!
P.S. You should place my message on your front page sothat everyone could read this.
