I want to remove most of the links that appear above the albums, galleries and pictures.

These links are:
Last Uploads
Last Comments
Most Viewed
Top Rated
My Favorites

I jus want to keep the links that say "Album List" and "Search"

Can anyone tell me how to do?

Either you use the plugin 'Final Extract' or edit your theme as described in the docs.
