Install Imagemagick on Windows 2000 Server

I have download Imagemagick , but i don't know how to install on Win2K. In coppermine install wizard cannot install .Show the error cannot find the convert / convert.exe.  Please advice how to fix

Either use GD2 instead of  ImageMagick or download the Image Magick  installer version
