Database changes not being made
« on: December 18, 2010, 01:23:44 pm »

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and Joomla 1.5.22:
[When I make updates in config they do not appear to be updating the database. I went into MySQL and made the changes manually and they are fine now. I just opened our first Test gallery and wrote a whole lod of text in the albumn description, then ticked the "I'm sure" tick box and clicked on save, this gave me a yellow information box that said "No udate needed"  When I view the gallery, the text is no longer there. So basically, changes that I make to the galleries and config are not being applied to the database. Any ideas guys?]

I have found where I was going wrong here. When you edit the properties of an album you need to click on "Update album" not "submit changes"
