I did everything but when I try to log in through google chrome or IE, I can't as the 'ok' button cannot be clicked. However, everything goes fine when I do it with Mozzila Firefox. Please help me. When editing you theme you placed the form in the middle of a div tag
<div al and ign="justify">

Find where you did that and fix it and it should work.

If you can't find it attach your custom themes theme.php as theme.php.txt
