Each user has it's own category - is it possible?
« on: December 07, 2010, 03:32:55 pm »

My gallery will contain images uploaded by their creators. So not to have images all over the place, I would like each user to have it's own category, where he/she can create their albums and have control only over their own albums and images. Is this possible, and how would I set the permissions?

I want 3 types of users:

1) Guest: Can only view and leave comments categories and albums, except a restricted album which requires registration to view.
2) Registered: Can view restricted album as well and leave comments. Can't upload.
3) Super Registered: Can upload to their own categories only, view all albums including restricted album.

Is this possible, and how do I achieve it?

Thanks in advance.

Just enable the personal gallery feature in the groups manager.
