Ok, I looked in the folder, and the file is there.

I am using 1.5.8, and it is a fresh install... can someone help me here?

http://www.cyberpawz.com/Coppermine/ exists
http://www.cyberpawz.com/coppermine/ doesn't exist, so adjust that path in the Coppermine config.
